The Details of the HN22021 JEDEC Tray
HN22002 JEDEC tray is mainly made of MPPO material with excellent dimensional stability and high temperature resistance. The JEDEC tray is printed with the maximum baking temperature. Exceeding the specified maximum baking temperature will result in a change in tray size , therefore,it may damage the contents. The type of molding plastic used in the manufacturing process determines the maximum temperature rating of the tray.
At the same time, there are 12*4 matrix pockets distributed inside the tray. The spacing between the pockets also allows the automation equipment to position the product more accurately. According to customers' product requirements, we can also provide exclusive customized services. Such as color, ESD characteristics, dimensional stability, and maximum temperature rating.
